Bluecroft unconditionally purchased this old MOT building dating back to the early 1900s along with a joint venture partner.

Planning had been approved for a complete new build scheme, recognising the potential of the site and the value of existing buildings Bluecroft went back in to planning and achived a consent for the converstiona of the existing building and part new build to create seven loft houses and apartments.

The scheme has been built out to a high specification and all of the units have now sold.
