Bluecroft unconditionally acquired this mixed use portfolio from L&Q one of the largest Housing Associations in the UK. Bluecroft Acquired the property after a number of purchasers failed to perform. 

The portfolio comprise of Live/Work units and commercial units, some of which had been vacant for up to 5 years. and a number of complex commercial tenants. 

Bluecroft achieved planning consent to rationalise the use of the site and for change of use to create 5 houses and 2 flats as well and 10 commercial properties.
