Bluecroft unconditionally purchased this former 1960’s office building in an open market tender from London Borough of Tower Hamlets, through Cushman and Wakefield. The site has a number of political planning challenges, due to the sensitivity of an adjacent buildings including a Grade II listed Public House.
Planning has been submitted for a residentially led mixed use scheme. We worked with our planning team to produce a high quality designed residential apartments whilst extending and refurbishing the office to create a buffer space to mitigate the impact to the pub.
